Stephen Schwartz Quotes

One way to reduce income inequality is to get rid of the rich. If Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Rupert Murdoch and their billionaire friends could be persuaded to emigrate from the United States, income inequality would decrease overnight.

Context
This quotation is a wonderful example of the use of sarcasm. Schwartz does not really advocate the emigration of the super rich, but uses the hypothetical concept to illustrate that one solution to a socio-economic problem will work but have very undesirable consequences.
