Incompetent people

My car was totalled when someone hit it. I was with State Farm for so long, and the agent through whom I’ve dealt with the whole time was quite incompetent. High schoolers would have done better. I had to hire a lawyer to help me with the issue. I don’t care if they’re just stupid or lazy. They should still do their jobs. I’m definitely switching after this.
