I just wanted to say to the lady about waiting 2 hours for a tow truck. That is the case with most insurance companies but I had a break down and my son had a break down while covered under Liberty Mutual. I called my own tow truck both times, paid the bill, mailed the receipt in and they sent me a check for reimbursement. You don't have to wait two hours in the cold.

I have Nationwide insurance now and they are pretty good, but sometimes not there in a way that I need them to be. So I did a Auto quote online for Liberty Mutual. I feeled out the forms and got a quote of $143.58/month. I pay much less than that where I am at now so decided to stay.

I believe this company is great , so far! Rates with higher coverage were only a few dollars higher a month or year! I hit a pole one time, and wrecked my truck. It was the whole front that was damaged, and all my fault. I went online and filed a claim with Liberty Mutual. I was contacted the following day, and was told that I can bring the car to any repair shop or to one of their authorized dealers. I thought it better to send it to someone I trusted.
