I was a very satisfied customer of Commerce Auto Insurance, which has offices at Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and deals in insurance related to home, commercial property, personal as well as commercial vehicles. I had been availing Commerce Auto Insurance for the past 10 years. Their customer service is extremely helpful and friendly in answering calls of help especially related to claims, as we found out first hand a couple of times. All claims were processed efficiently and satisfactorily in the minimum of time. But unfortunately, since their insurance rates are rather fixed, at least in the Massachusetts area, I had to switch over to another insurance provider which came up with competitive and definitely more economical rates. Even at the time of informing the Commerce Auto Insurance agent about our intended switch over, there was absolutely no animosity in any manner and he rather understood the basic reason why we did so, which was purely financial. I definitely would recommend Commerce Auto Insurance to anyone for that matter.
