Great agents. I highly recommend Brad Albert and Tracy in the front office, as they were very courteous and considerate. Brad explained the positives and the negatives of the policy I was interested in. Excellent prices too. The current price of my auto and renter’s insurance was 21 dollars less than what I was paying for just auto insurance with SF. I say that is a very good deal.
Employs delaying tactics

I had an accident with a driver that had American Family. It was his fault, and he was cited for failure to yield. For three weeks, I’ve tried to contact them, but they’ve always just told me that they still hadn’t gotten the police report, and until then, could not pay me anything. Got a very rude agent

My agent Keith Furlong, gives this company a very bad name. He did not describe the insurance policy and the options available to me. When I had a question and called him, he was rude, and he kept interrupting me, and even yelled at me. I was never treated like that by anyone before. Dismal customer service. Yellow Key could give me better treatment.
