21st Century Insurance Reviews

Earlier, I was having Erie Insurance, but this time I decided to make a switch to 21st Century Insurance. Being a college student, I am happy with the fact that I pay only 1600 on a yearly basis, a far cry from the 3000 that I had to shell out per year earlier. The downside is that they don’t have a local agent and the service too isn’t all that personal, but I suppose that is the hitch of paying a lower amount.

Ever since I started driving 20 years back, I have been serviced by 21st Century Insurance, whom I have retained till now. The reason why I have stuck to them all these years is due to the fact that they have a prompt and efficient customer service which follows our problems genuinely and solves it at the earliest. Once, while my niece and I were involved in an accident which left me rather shaken, the customer service personnel went all out to make me calm so that I could give her the necessary information without being emotionally affected. 21st Century insurance is definitely something I would suggest to anyone who is on the lookout for insurance for their vehicle.
